Beer is a small fishing town on Devon’s Jurassic Coast, lying snugly in a bay between the towns of Seaton and Branscombe. It is home to approximately 1,300 people, and boasts of a long history of fishing, quarrying, and shipbuilding, with Beer stone regarded as one of the prominent building materials used in various structures, including the renowned Exeter Cathedral.
