Goodrington is a seaside destination located on the south of Paignton, South Devon most famous for its wide sandy beach, as well as its family-friendly atmosphere. After being a small fishing port and surrounding farms for some time, Goodrington gradually began to merge with the Torbay resort area of increasing popularity in the 19th and 20th centuries.
