Felpham, located on the coastal edge of Bognor Regis, has a laid-back, slightly retro kind of charm which means it feels like it is far from the hustle and bustle of larger towns. This village is probably most famous for having been home to poet and artist William Blake who described Felpham as being “the sweetest place on earth” back in the early 1800s when he lived there. Today, there are approximately 9,000 residents in Felpham, comprised of long-time residents, retirees and young families who have all chosen to live in Felpham because of its beaches and slower pace of life. At the centre of the village are Felpham Beach, the promenade and the village green, whereas some attractions nearby include Goodwood, Chichester Harbour and the South Downs. The A259 runs through the area and there are two railway stations (Bognor Regis and Barnham) that provide services to London, Brighton and Portsmouth. Nearby National Trust properties include Uppark House and the Slindon Estate, while English Heritage properties have Boxgrove Priory and Arundel Castle within easy reach.

We hope you found this Felpham tourist map useful for your visit to the area.
